In order to qualify for a wholesale account, please complete an application and make sure that you meet the following minimum requirements:
- You have a current resale license, a physical retail location and/or a website that is currently live. Other considerations may apply.
- You agree to the terms and conditions.
To complete the wholesale account application please fill in the form, which you'll find on the link to the right. We will review your information and get back to you within five business days. Once approved, you will receive a password for your wholesale price list.
When you have established your account, you can place your wholesale order online, by phone or by email.
